If it was for cause and they have the documentation they can give that information. As long as they stick to the truth. : I have a question that falls into the human resources category. : A few months ago, I was let go by a major bank. They got me to sign a sheet saying I was terminated. : However, after my supervisor left, a human resources worker came in to see if I had any questions or concerns. I did. : I asked her if they would accept a resignation instead of it going "down in the books" as a termination. She left the conference room and then returned a few minutes later, and said that if I wrote and signed a letter of resignation, they would accept it. I did. : I am pursuing a career in law enforcement. How much can my former employer tell about my time as an employee there? : PLEASE HELP ME Follow Ups Back to Kickin Brass WWWBoard created by Matt Wright and can be found at Matt's Script Archive WWWBoard 2.0a2b updated by James Kent 05/08/98. |
