frustrated & angry Posted by: dale on July 25, 1998 at 00:42:00: I work for a large catalog/retail parts company whos grown too fast and forgotten where they came from and that their people are their biggest asset. the turnover is terrible the new kids haven't got a clue and its a waste of time to bitch no ones listening. finding a new job at fifty one is not easy....
