: It seems that you are or were a temp hire. Any temporary position in any company is just that, a temporary position. There are no obligations to offer the best jobs or hours to work. In the same way you are not obligated to take them. As far as not having benefits and only being allowed to work so many days, check you state laws and talk to the temp service you are going through, or get a real job.
