He is always taking all the credit for our success its all about him always! I can not work for someone like this the only reason I stick with this is because I have a degree in this job, and its not really in high demand so I'm lucky to even have a job although its low paying and feels demeaning. I have considered looking for a new job but what else can I get into with this 2 year degree? I just feel so helpless and I've gotten to where I just don't care and everyday its a challenge to toleriate this jerk.
