If you are naive, then you need to speak to a lawyer - many legal associations will place you with a legal counsellor for a consultation for about $25 and you DEFINITELY have a legal case here. So much so that this woman could get jail time for the dehumanizing things she's doing to you. What she's doing is highly illegal and some quick, easy surveillance should provide all the legal proof you need. A short time would just about nail an open and shut case.
