The company has been on this schedule for 27 years and they have grown to world class level in thier particular market. Customers seem to prefer us over the competition even though we are "out of touch" one day/week. Employee turn over is very low. When a holiday falls on a Mon it is like a mini vacation. Many of the facilities systems are on timers to conserve energy. I, along with my co-workers, love it.
