I work at a restaurant where we tip out 1)the foodrunner 2)the bartender 3)the busser 4)the bakery and 5)the hosts.....3.5% of total sales. Isn't that a little high. Sometimes if we make $70 in tips we have to tip out $20. Let me know tip-out policies at your job.
