The fact that employers can force you to work unlimited hours is outrageous, especially when you consider what a pro-business policy that is. I mean, instead of hiring more workers (and paying more insurance benefits and so on) they just squeeze the ones they have. I wish workers would get together and speak out. If all workers voted, legislators would have to listen to us. Then, we could change that policy. We need a "no overtime" movement. : I am going to refuse the manatory overtime the business i work for is forcing on us ,work in a factory 3:00 in the afternoon until 3:30 in the morning thats 12 and a half hours 5 days a week.I am starting a personal no overtime movement.If everyone would do this it would end.There must be a begining and i myself will start the movement.We will see what happens and i will post the results.My free time is worth more to me than my job and if they want i will find another.I do not want to work over 8 hours a day and refuse to do so.
