I absolutely loathe my job. I've only been working there for two months, but it's obvious I've made a terrible mistake. I feel like I was duped into this thing which offers none of the creativity of the job I left, a thousand miles away, thinking this was a better opportunity. I work nights, plus endless overtime staring at a computer screen only to be greeted the next day by an interoffice e-mail that tells me how I screwed up, but offers me no coaching. When I do finally get home, I want to cry myself to sleep, but my eyes already hurt too much from gazing into that dumb screen. It's early to be doing this, but I'm looking for another gig quickly because I've had bad jobs before, but this one has the all too recognizable components of those other ones. I only pray that I can correct this mistake because I hate to complain about anything. I beleive that people should be happy with their lives, not miserable.
