The work that is done in here by over 30 analysts is very stressful and demanding. We are heald responsible for entire store networks that if they are not up within an alotted time frame we are heald responsible. You would think the management would be strong and well versed in the ways that a support center is supposed to be ran and taken care of. Unfortunately this is not the case, management is just "favorites" or "people that know someone" that are appointed to manage. Pay is ridiculous, benifits are also inadiquate. Knowing this, I am sure there will be enough participation in a Union that would benifit my type of people. I also think it would be a strong union due to the ammount of people that would participate. Please anyone that has any information on the type of union that could be participated in for us would be greatly appreciated.
