: The best way to approach this problem is to record any incidences of unfairness, get someone to verify what you say is true, send a letter to the District manager, and CC everyone and their dog.

Complain letters on differently colored or textured paper also don't get lost in the great paper shuffle on desks, in mailrooms, etc.

This type of behavior can also lead to human rights / BBB complaints. If you can put this behaviou in a "dollars lost" due to shoddy management practices, upper management is sure to pay attention!

Good luck!

: What's she got on him?? Let me guess?? is she attractive?? If not, she's real easy.

: GO above the district manager, then above him/her, as far as you can until it gets to a public figure, then you'll see results.

: Don't give is the most important thing; you've been there long and don't deserve this, someone playing with your hours, wage, etc.
: : Hello managers:
: : Ever had a manager promise u something and not follow through it...Well i have one...She has her favorites and her un-favorites. They all work just as hard as anyone else.
: : She employed 3 associates within 3 months and promised them that their salaries will increase within 90 days..higher than others that have worked there for more than 10 years.
: : How can new-hires get more money per hour than others there within the same position.? I think that they should start at the bottom with others. She promises them 40 hours a week, and cuts back the hours of others. Does this sound right?
: : If they can't come in that day...oh well,,,someone will do their job...but she let's them get by with it.
: : I get real fed up with this and try to go to the district manager and he just listens and does nothing. Even associates from other stores put it in writing to let him know whats going on and he just ignores it....what has she got on him?

: : Just airing out feelings...thanks
