I've seen several people hired as permanent workers but I've been left behind. I asked my employer about it but he gave me the run around...I've missed too much work, I'm not a good worker, etc. Well, I've been here for 14 months. If I'm not good enough to work her why don't they let me go? Is it legal to keep a worker on as temporary for this long and not offer him a permanent position when one comes up? Follow Ups
