Employers are very special minded when hiring their choices. Found myself in the same problem out of college and the military. Solution for me was choosing a plan of action for long range planning. Since I could not get employed in my chosen field, I worked with a temp agency on a short term basis, did this until I found a company I liked, then applied for full time status on my own, so the company would'nt have to pay the temp agency a special fee, and it showed the company my initative to become a member of their staff. Try this.....keep you chin up! Your're talented and smart...it just takes knowledge of how this crazy world works in hiring!!! Good luck.
