How do we get them together? : What can we do when hospitals reduce staff, increase patient load, give you subpar materials to work with and then you get in trouble because you don't give as good of care as you did, or can't finish on time with paperwork and charting. Plus, the patients and there families act as if the ICU unit is the Ramada Inn. I didn't go through nursing school and the degradation the doctors heap on you to put up with this.
