Finally my supervisor gave me a letter of reference after being extremely hostile it would seem and I don't know why. My gut tells me that I may be being blackballed and yet I don't understand why. In fact, I've signed up with agencies and they don't seem to be trying to help me find work temporary or otherwise. It is unfair how certain individuals take advantage of their power because of personal feelings and opinions. What do you think about this matter? What do you advise? I am so tired of this situation.
