Let me tell you a little something about companies. I used to be an EXTREMELY hard working individual. I mean I worked my ass off 10 or 11 hour days while others in the office sat around and gossiped. I have been promised promotions left and right if I would just take on this "added responsibility". Well I took on the added responsibility and I got crap! The idiots and the bimbos who sat around and did nothing received the big pay raises because they knew how to kiss the bosses rear end. Meanwhile, I was too busy with my added responsibilities to know where my own rear end was! There is no such thing as loyalty anymore! 30 years ago, yes, but today, with downsizing and restructuring I don't think so. My philosophy after getting crapped on so many times is screw them before they screw you. Most companies don't give a damn about their employees, they use them until they get what they need out of them and dump 'em. So now I just use the company to get what I need out of them. So screw you!! Follow Ups
